I hereby declare that I wish to become a member of the Interprofessional Association of Former Legionnaires Entrepreneurs – Legiopreneur.  

In this capacity, I declare that I recognize the purpose of the Association and that I have accepted the statutes as well as the internal regulations which are available to me in the premises of the Association. I have taken note of the rights and duties of the members of the Association, and agree to pay my membership fee for the current year. 

Please provide us with copies of the following documents 

– Identity document

– Certificate of good conduct

– Veteran’s card

– Decorations received

– State Signals and Services (ESS)

Image Rights: 

In accordance with article 226-1 of the Penal Code, I agree to be photographed as part of the events organized by the the Interprofessional Association of Former Legionnaires Entrepreneurs.

By accepting, I commit myself not to make any restriction of my image rights and not to ask for any compensation from the Interprofessional Association of Former Legionnaires Entrepreneurs.

Declaration of consent – General Data Protection Regulation

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation that came into effect on May 25, 2018, I agree to the recording of my personal and professional data such as addresses, contact details, counterparts, member declarations, field of activity, contractual documents with annexes, etc. of which the Interprofessional Association of Former Legionnaires Entrepreneurs becomes aware in the course of the relationship, as well as to the transmission of these data to FSALE.

The member understands that this declaration of consent is voluntary and revocable at any time. The revocation can be made by e-mail to the following address: contact@legiopreneur.com

If the revocation has taken place, the Interprofessional Association of Former Legionnaires Entrepreneurs will immediately cease to use and process all personal/professional data and will delete the data to the extent permitted by law, unless there is a legal or contractual obligation to retain personal records, this clause will remain in effect until the end of any cooperation.

The Interprofessional Association of Former Legionnaires Entrepreneurs does not and will not share your personal information with anyone outside of an operational need to know, unless required by a court order or request from an official government authority.

Right of revocation

You have the right to revoke this membership agreement and all legal obligations resulting therefrom (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (insert your name, address and, if available, your telephone number, fax number and e-mail address) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this purpose, you may use the enclosed sample revocation form, which, however, is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of the revocation

If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you (including any delivery costs incurred, if applicable, with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.

If you have requested that the service should begin during the revocation period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point in time at which you notify us of the exercise of the right of revocation with regard to this contract compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

By the legally effective revocation your membership is at the same time deemed not to have been concluded from the beginning.
